Job Summary

The Connections Coordinator is responsible for supporting and collaborating with the Connections Director to create and maintain systems and processes that serve new guests, attenders and members so they will all take next steps to follow Jesus as a disciple, and through their discipleship journey God is more glorified.


  • Strong relational skills, ability to engage with all people

  • Proficient with general computer use and resourceful with applications

  • Familiar with GSuite, CCB and PCO

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Effective ability to manage multiple concurrent projects


  • Improve and develop sustainable new guest follow up system

  • Manage pathway process for new guests through next steps

  • Build and lead Serve Staff New Guest Calling Team

  • Manage process queue for all serve staff in church-wide ministries, and lead team to maintain

  • Collaborate with ministry leaders in planning and executing Serve Staff Expos twice a year

  • Create and support a Serve Staff team to manage a digital Community Board for church members to exchange resources

  • Support church-wide Care Ministry Team (meals, visitations, prayer)

  • Work with Connections Dir. to develop next step classes (Resonate 101, SS Orientation)

  • Maintain and prepare Guest Services Area weekly

  • Collect data and run reports through CCB per ministry needs

  • Coordinate logistics of Membership and Baptism classes

  • Shepherd candidate

  • Invite Serve Staff to serve

  • Provide support and coordination for all member meetings and member care

  • Maintain Member’s Facebook page and update with weekly prayer requests

  • Support Special Events teams with administrative or purchasing needs

Position Status

Full time position of 40-50 hours per week, with benefits as stipulated in the employee handbook
