To administratively support the Fremont Children’s Ministry Director with the goal to develop and sustain a ministry that is fun, dynamic, safe, and gospel-centered for kids’ discipleship at Resonate.

Priority of Tasks and Responsibilities

Supporting Ministry

  • Effectively and efficiently organizes and supports events and meetings for the RESkids Directors, Staff, Serve Staff, Families; prepares appropriate content and materials as needed for these events

  • Ensures the adequate ordering of goods and supplies for ministry programming and events

  • Actively participates in weekly RESkids Staff Meetings, offers insight and ideas for pushing the Objective forward

  • Handles the collaboration efforts with other ministries that work alongside RESkids (like attending quarterly Calendaring Meetings in representation of the RESkids Ministry)

  • Recruits, mobilizes, trains, and organizes Serve Staff with administrative abilities to be invested in RESkids Ministry and fulfilling Objective

  • Continually reviews Resonate Staff and RESkids policies and procedures and helps maintain team alignment to these things

  • Owns organization of RESkids storage and equipment and appropriately disposes outdated items


Overseeing Systems

  • Has a strong knowledge of programs: CCB, PCO, JotForm, Google Suite, Slack; and/or the ability to grow in understanding these programs

  • Assists with the troubleshooting of program or process challenges

  • Partners with Communications Ministry for the maintenance and upkeep of the RESkids website


Sunday and Kids Crew Programming

  • Understands Sunday and Kids Crew Programming and can step into leadership roles as needed

  • Helps with maintaining the look and cleanliness of the RESkids environment

Basic Requirements


  • Previous work experience in administrative roles

  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Great amount of patience, flexibility and multitasking skills

  • Must report for in-office work at Resonate Fremont Campus, Sunday through Thursday
