MISSIONAL COMMUNITIES
MISSIONAL COMMUNITIES
Missional Communities are groups of people seeking to follow Jesus together. This is where you can learn more about how to connect with God and take next steps, wherever you are.
A Missional Community (often called "an MC") is a group of people seeking to grow as disciples of Jesus together.
Jesus calls us to follow Him, and we do that as part of a community. Wherever you are in your walk with Jesus, if you want to grow as a disciple, an MC is vital. In a group like this you will get to know others and be known yourself. You will be loved, encouraged, and challenged to obey Jesus out of a response to His love for you, not a religious obligation or duty. By joining an MC you are saying you want to take your next step in following Jesus.
Our MCs run on a school year schedule, from September through June (with breaks between sessions, and a break in the summer). We hope you will join an MC for an entire year, but when you sign up you are only committing to one session. If you find your MC isn't a good fit, you're always welcome to try out a new one after each 10-week session.
Sign ups are on a first-come, first-serve basis, so you’ll choose your first and second MC choices. The best time to sign up is at one of our MC Expos (which kick off each MC session). Our next one will be September 8th, 2022 after service as well as September 11, 2022 after the 9am and 11am services. We will work hard to place you in an MC after you sign up, and your MC Leader will be in touch with you to confirm meeting time/location.
If you have any questions, please reach out to our Missional Communities Administrator, Fei Leung, at
