Each LNF program was developed with one person in mind. Their approach holistically addresses a survivor's needs on their journey to safety and wholeness.

A great way to help is by donating Wellness Kits to support people that are in need of toiletry items locally! Email Hodaliz Gamino to learn more.
Place the following items in a gallon zip lock bag and bring it to the Fremont or Oakland campus for distribution on a monthly basis.

• Feminine wipes
• Shampoo
• Conditioner
• Toothbrush/paste
• Lotion
• Hand sanitizer
• Small bar of soap
• Package of panty liners
• Water bottle
• Granola bars

Serve Regularly
