WHY MILPITAS?
Milpitas and San Jose are among the most diverse cities in the nation, home to dozens of ethnic groups, languages, and cultures. With a growing number of young families and young adults, the city is full of ambition, innovation, and drive. Yet beneath its success, 8% of residents live in poverty, and many more struggle under the weight of achievement, identity, and sense of belonging.
A gospel-centered outpost in Milpitas means being a light in the city, a place where families find support, where young adults discover purpose, and where different cultures unite in Christ. As an active and engaged church, we can seek the welfare of Milpitas and point the city toward the only lasting hope: Christ.
WHY GO? WE EXIST FOR...
The Community
People who are transformed by the Gospel will travel great lengths to be part of a gospel-centered church. But there are people who don't know the gospel, and they need something closer—an everyday, accessible community where they can encouner the love of Jesus right where they are.
The City
We are called not just to exist in the city, but to seek its welfare. The gospel doesn't just transform lives—it transforms communities and cities. If the church is rooted in the city, the impact won't stop here—it will ripple into workplaces, homes, and future generations, shaping the city for God's glory.
God's Glory
The Bay Area—especially cites like Milpitas and San Jose—is a hub of amibition, creativity, diversity, and technological innovation. What if all of that energy wasn't just directed toward personal success, but toward the glory of God?
WAYS TO SUPPORT THE MILPITAS CAMPUS LAUNCH
Pray Earnestly
The most powerful way you can support this vision is through prayer. Pray that more people in the South Bay will come to know Jesus and how God might be calling you for the mission. Join our newsletter to stay up to date on what to pray for
Partner Financially
Even if you’re not called to plant, you can still be part of the mission by supporting financially. Your generosity helps lay the foundation for a thriving church plant, provide resources to reach people, disciple new believers, and serve our community.
Plant with Resonate
Whether you feel called to be part of our Core Team, our Launch Team, or our Home Team, we’d love to talk with you. If that’s you, take the next step by filling out our commitment form!

Yes. We believe the satellite campus model allows us to stay unified around Gospel-centered teaching while freeing the campus pastor to focus on shepherding the congregation. Our heart is to bring the hope of the Gospel to as many people as possible, and this model enables us to scale with both excellence and accessibility, reaching more communities without compromising on the message or the mission.
Anyone who has been transformed by the Gospel and is ready to live on mission. If you’re willing to be stretched, shaped, and sent—we want to walk with you. This isn’t for the perfect, but for the willing.
