In our culture... there are fights happening all around us today. In our homes as we shelter-in-place, in our marriages as unaddressed dysfunctions are revealed, with our children as distanced-learning proves to be more difficult than expected for everyone involved, in our country as we battle it out over racial tensions, social justice issues, and waring politics while the presidential election approaches. It's been traumatic for many of us. While we're fighting all over, often times we are distracted from the greatest fight... the fight between Satan and God's people.
We've poured so much of our time, energy, and resources into attacking others, that we've forgotten about the real enemy who's just laying back to enjoy the show. So we, as God's people, need to remember that our fight is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities and forces of darkness of this world. We must unite together in these current times to be reminded of the greater fight against the devil, our enemy, and lean on the Lord and His Word to armor ourselves for the FIGHT!
